Privacy policy

At GoNative Lab we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through gonativelab.com, why we use it and what your rights are, in accordance with Costa Rica’s Law 8968 on the Protection of Individuals regarding the Processing of their Personal Data and its regulations.

Data we collect

• Assessment form: name, business name, industry, WhatsApp number, email (optional) and the description you write.
• Call scheduling: if you book through Calendly, that service receives the data you enter, under its own privacy policy.
• WhatsApp: if you message us, we receive your number and the messages you send.
• Analytics: when enabled, we use an analytics tool that does not use cookies or collect data that personally identifies you; it only counts visits in aggregate.

How we use it

• To answer your request and prepare the assessment.
• To send you a proposal if you request one.
• To improve our website and services.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Basis and consent

We process your data with your consent, which you give by ticking the form checkbox or by messaging us. You may withdraw it at any time.

Retention and security

We store data on servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and backups. We keep it while a business relationship exists or as long as needed to handle your request, and then delete it.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time, or withdraw your consent, by writing to wilbert@gonativelab.com. We will respond within the time limits set by law. You may also contact Costa Rica’s data protection agency (PRODHAB).

Data of our clients’ customers

When we build agents or automations for a business, that business is the controller of its own customers’ data and GoNative Lab acts as a processor, following its instructions and the terms agreed by contract.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
